BLADDER TEN —> TIANZHU (TEE-AHN-JOO)

Bladder Channel:

This channel has the most points of any other channel on the body - 67 in total! It begins at our inner canthus (inner eye) and traverses over our heads, down our backside, to the back of our legs, all the way down to the outside of our pinky toe.

Location: On the lateral aspect of the trapezius muscle just within the posterior hairline on the back of the neck.


ACTIONS:

  1. Pacifies Wind and regulates Qi (chee)

  2. Benefits the head and sensory orifices

  3. Calms the Spirit

  4. Alleviates pain in the neck and upper back


INDICATIONS:

—> Dizziness and weak knees

—> Pain and heaviness in the head, with stiff neck and limited range of motion, pain in the shoulders

—> Swollen eyes, blurred vision, nasal congestion, loss of sense of smell, and difficulty speaking from your Throat Chakra

METHOD:

Find the point on your body and massage in a clockwise direction for 10-15 seconds. Take a big deep breath. Then massage in a counterclockwise direction for 10-15 seconds. Repeat these steps for 5-10 minutes, or until you begin to feel better.
