If you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged full price.

—> Cancellations due to weather or other acts of nature, unsafe driving conditions or legitimate emergencies are excused if you call/text/email prior to your appointment.

I understand things come up, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, we will need to cancel and reschedule. You will be charged full price for the missed session.

Same-day appointments are often available due to cancellations - please reach out via text to 720.588.0104 to schedule. I cannot guarantee same-day appointments, but if there is space, then I’m happy to accommodate you!

Payment is due on the day of your session. You may make a payment via credit or debit card (all major cards accepted), Venmo (@firewoodacupuncture), cash (preferred!), personal check (made out to Firewood Acupuncture, LLC), or feel free to use your HSA or FSA cards.

I am not, at present, accepting insurance, however, if you need a superbill emailed to you to submit to your insurance company, I am happy to provide that for you. It is your responsibility to reach out to your insurance company to check for benefits and to handle claim submission and communication.

There are no refunds on any opened herbal formulas, patches, granules, or supplements. Only sealed, unopened products may be returned for full refund.
