GALLBLADDER TWENTY ONE —> JIANJING (JEE-AHN-JEENG)
Gallbladder Channel:
This channel begins at the outside of the eye, wraps around the ear and over the head, down the shoulders, zig-zagging its way down the lateral sides of our bodies and thighs, down the lateral leg, and ending at the 4th toe.
Location: On top of the shoulder halfway between the base of the neck and the tip of the shoulder.

INDICATIONS:
—> Stiffness and pain in the neck and shoulders
—> Cough and shortness of breath
—> Stroke

METHOD:
Find the point on your body and massage in a clockwise direction for 10-15 seconds. Take a big deep breath. Then massage in a counterclockwise direction for 10-15 seconds. Repeat these steps for 5-10 minutes, or until you begin to feel better.
