Small Intestine Channel:
This channel begins at the outside of our pinky fingers and travels up our lateral arms, into our shoulder blades, around our neck, and ending just in front of our ears.
Location: On the pinky border of the hand, in the substantial depression just below the head of the 5th metacarpal bone.

METHOD:
Find the point on your body and massage in a clockwise direction for 10-15 seconds. Take a big deep breath. Then massage in a counterclockwise direction for 10-15 seconds. Repeat these steps for 5-10 minutes, or until you begin to feel better.
